Neon One, the nonprofit relationship management platform, today announced the AI Xchange, a free resource hub designed to help nonprofit professionals better understand AI, where it can have the most impact, and how to use it safely in their day-to-day work.

The launch comes as everyone becomes more familiar with AI, but sector thought leaders span a range of acceptance for both nonprofit staff and donors. To provide supporter-centric guidance, Neon One commissioned an anonymous survey of 2,000 donors to learn what they think about nonprofits’ use of AI.

Nearly nine in 10 respondents approve of nonprofits using AI in some capacity, and most reported using AI themselves. At the same time, 72% said they want a person involved in their communications with the organizations they support, a reminder that efficiency shouldn’t be achieved at the expense of personal connection.

The AI Xchange is designed to help nonprofits meet that donor expectation.
