The certification followed an assessment of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) indicators that was independently verified by OCA Global.
The assessment covered energy and water use, carbon emissions, waste management, social practices, and responsible management of hotel operations. The certification process was part of the company’s sustainability program.
The Good Concierge (TGC), an international consultancy specializing in hospitality sustainability, provided technical support throughout the process. The consultancy helped assess performance indicators, gather supporting documentation, and develop measures to improve sustainability practices across the hotels.
